OUR VISION

Umatilla Morrow Alternatives (UMA) is dedicated to promoting equality and increasing the ability of the minority populations to learn leadership and advocate against discrimination, whether they are:

• Hispanic, Native American, African American, or any other under-served population.
  
  
• Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Intersexed, Queer, Questioning.

We are a Human Dignity Group that is working to increase understanding and expand education for basic human dignity, by:

• Bringing cultures together for one common goal of equality.
  
  
• Creating programs that are culturally relevant and innovative

ACTIVISM LEADERSHIP BUILDING

• Learn what an activist is and learn to become a leader in your community
  
  
• Start activism with your own cause (environment, glbt, HIV, cancer). You choose.
